After doing so you will receive two emails (Please check your spam folder) the second email will inform you of the password that allows you to enter the guest area. This is where you will be able to access the menu and accommodation sections. Please ensure you visit the menu sections and complete the form with your meal choices by 6th June 2026. Additionally, let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies so we can accommodate them appropriately. Your timely response will help us ensure that everything is perfect for you on our special day.
Our Story
Lisa and Ben’s story begins back in 2004, when they met through a family friend and slowly became part of each other’s everyday lives. Nothing rushed, nothing flashy, just something that felt right. A turning point came at a birthday party where Lisa famously got Ben extremely drunk, cementing a bond that would clearly stand the test of time. By February 2008, they made it official and began what would become an 18-year journey to the aisle.
Over the years, life has taken them from Peacehaven in Sussex to Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, a move that gave them new opportunities and a better quality of life. One of their earliest adventures together was a holiday to Turkey in 2010, memorable not just for the sunshine but because it was Ben’s very first time on an aeroplane. He may not have loved the flying part, but the memories stuck.
Family has always been at the heart of their relationship. Ben has been an incredible stepdad to Lisa’s two children, raising them as if they were his own and being a constant, steady presence in their lives. It’s something Lisa has always admired and appreciated more than words can say.
Day to day, they are happiest doing simple things together. They both love gaming and have spent countless hours playing online with friends. Music is another shared love, with overlapping tastes that soundtrack everything from lazy evenings to long car journeys. Football is non-negotiable in their house, with both proudly supporting Liverpool and watching many matches side by side, highs, lows and all.
Then there’s Willow, their dog, who takes centre stage in their home. She demands attention, claims the best seats, and has a special talent for inserting herself between them whenever they try to cuddle. It wouldn’t be the same without her.
In August last year, Ben became a fully qualified driving instructor after a lot of hard work and determination. Lisa couldn’t be prouder, and his dedication played a big part in making their wedding possible.
Although they talked about marriage many times over the years, the timing never felt right until it truly was. On 27 February 2025, their anniversary, Ben finally popped the question during a meal. It may have taken 18 years to get here, but for Lisa and Ben, it’s always been about building a life first. This is just the next chapter.
